 annealing :870∽980℃water quenching. solid solution :980℃water quenching.                                       aging: after annealing 595∽605℃16 h, cooled to 480℃at a rate of 8 and 14/ h and then cooled to room temperature.



Monel K500 corrosion properties

Medium

Monel K500 the corrosion resistance to non-oxidative acids, especially hydrofluoric acid, is very good, all concentrations of hydrofluoric acid can be used at room temperature, in the concentration of 10% hydrofluoric acid can use boiling point.

Monel K500 also have good corrosion resistance to hot concentrated alkali, but not pure nickel. Resistant to sea water, low concentration of hydrochloric acid and various organic substances
